I notice the 24Hr timer you take apart is he 2 prong socket. Does the same concept apply to 3prong socket timers? I mean is the interior of the 3 prong timer different? thanks
@MrJimbobwae This is actually a single outlet 3 prong westek timer in the video. A 2 prong timer does have different internals and so does the westek 3 prong dual outlet some times. I will show you a video next week how do modify these units next.
@GrowColt I must have been asleep when i watched this video last. LOL. Anyways, question for you. I hear these things are rated for heavy appliances or 1875 watts. If i were to plug a power outlet into these 3 prong hole and then plug a small water pump and hand held rotary device will the timer still work fine? Another question, can this or another inexpensive timer be changed to operate on 5-10 sec on and 2 min off? Just a curious aeroponic enthusiast with many questions. Thanks!
What interval would work best? I read that 2 seconds on, 2 minutes off is good but using this, what would be the ideal with this timer?

the only thing i can assume this does is ....it spins around every 35 minutes....and each notch is for turning it on or off 50 seconds.....cool
