  • wow that was freakin' awesome

  • curved bottom brick

  • Ah more negative comments. on Iron palm. If its fake, let it be fake, if its real let it be real. One of my instructors does Iron Palm, I have seen him smash a coconut, knock people across the room with a one inch punch, He is said to have knocked out a few students and revived them. We don't advertise these abilities at the school because they are not for show. Its for COMBAT We only train in what works. What We do is real, as far as I know. Others just show off

  • Well said my Martial Artist brother. I am a practitioner of Mixed Martial Arts. I have an extensive history in martial arts training. I now devote my skills to the the way of MMA. But I also spent many years studying and practicing Iron Palm. I credit my confidence and inner power to The way of Iron Palm and Ki techniques..

  • Does noone pay attention to the velocity of the punch??? These are no real bricks. It'd a trick not many people understand just like with magicians, and you'll be like whaaaw! How does he do that? But at the same time you know it's a trick. Whatever he's punching on. It's definitely not a hard material.

  • asshole

  • Skill would be breaking the exact one you were aiming for, let's say, the 4th one down, correct?

Because that is where internal injuries happen, yah?

  • OMG this is the most amazing charlatan ever. Bricks break from the bottom up when in a stack. I means you are not powerful enough to break more than one brick. The only thing more silly than this break is the goofy costume.

  • ...or it means you have sufficient control to break only the one brick you intend to break, rather than simply smashing through all of them.

  • wth how do u do dat?

  • that means you are weak....

  • Amazing.

  • That's your Rib cage, yeah?

  • Amazing demonstration, thank you for uploading.

  • how can i buy your iron palm dvd? i've been interested in this for years

  • Here is all you need to know about iron palm.

    1) spend a year hitting a bag or bowl of navy beans. Wash your hands before and after. Apply DitDaJow if you can find it. If not Ben Gay works as does Preparation H to help heal the callouses.

    2) Spend another year doing as above with stones.

    3) Spend a 3rd year doing this on iron beads.

With all drills, use a flat palm; front back and sides and only hit as hard as you can without causing pain. Go slowly, relax your palms on your strikes

  • not quite right, although if you were to explain this to an idiot he would understand, not meant to be a put down, much of iron palm is energy too.

  • why ask a silly question?

  • cavity hitting is a good skill to have...

  • yeah it is..if it really existed...

Here's the deal as I've studied with many masters who are famous all over the world. To develop your chi to the level to make these claims about leaving no marks but stopping the heart or rupturing the lungs, etc, you need to practice to the point that the exercises will make you sterile. Or so the legends go.

  • larakin...

"Can I ignorantly ask, what is the point of breaking the bottom brick?" one of the reasons for this technique is to be able to hit a guy in the chest/arm/back etc and to only leave minor marks on his body but be able to generate enough chi to stop the heart, or dammage internal organs which can lead to a slow painfull or suddon death depending on the strike. fact not fiction

  • when your able to pick a brick/any brick and do it over and over again, only then have you mastered the technique, the second from the bottom is the hardest one to get, try the second from the top next, nice vid, keep up the good work...

  • thanks for your interest, i will have to post some more select breaking soon.

  • Those look a lot thinner than patio bricks. Where did you get them? Harware store? Specially made?

  • They are fire hardened clay bricks, thinner than the 2' patio blocks, but actually harder to break, equal to 1.5-2 of the patios. We get them at the local hardware store.

  • Can I ignorantly ask, what is the point of breaking the bottom brick?

  • its harder to break just one, instead of all of them.

  • utilize and control mind/body harmony.

add Spirit and he will be able to join the pieces back together

  • the point is, that this is a trick designed to make you think these jerk offs have achieved some kind of secret internal power that allows them to be oh so skilled that their Chi only breaks the bottom brick. But really it's basic physics. When I was breaking for competitions, the back brick always broke when I failed to break them all.

  • can you break the middle one?

  • unreliably so at this point, only got it twice, but it is my next goal- to get that break consistent.

  • i am also doing similar breaks you should check out my video. its, cloud forest chin woo iron palm. good job. read epsilons comments.

  • Very nice breaks!

  • FAKE...yours and this one are nonsense.
