Muhammad was 52 at the time of the marriage and was born in 570 AD so Aisha and Muhammad married in 622 AD. Now its simple math. 692 - 622 = 70. 90 - 70 = 20. So Aisha was 19-20 years old when she married Muhammad.
@ktss6l All those hadiths are based off Ibn Urwah, so if a mistake was made by Ibn Urwah, all the others followed. Hadiths are secondary sources in Islam and if they are contradicted by the Quran or powerful, historical sources they can be proven to be unauthentic.

@ktss6l All those hadiths are based off Ibn Urwah, so if a mistake was made by Ibn Urwah, all the others followed. Hadiths are secondary sources in Islam and if they are contradicted by the Quran or powerful, historical sources they can be proven to be unauthentic.
