My gf has bpd. I have been miserable for 2 years with her. I left her in another state and even with staying in contact, its just as bad. I cant deal with it anymore.

@hemicuda572 Maybe I didn't say that clearly enough. I was referring to PTSD - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD-like symptoms which many non borderlines often experience and need to find their recovery from. Hope that clarifies that for you.

Your site is among the best resources on the web. One of the conditions I placed on my ex was that she coach with you.
