I just bought this thinking that it was going to be an overrated game just like fallout..... man I just played the 1st non primary mission (the golden claw) and it took me about 3 hours to finish! It was fucking fun! This game is so addictive! Here's the thing: you have to pay close attention to detail (what you pick up, things to read, zooming in items etc) in order to figure out how to get past some puzzles. Also, remember to save often...

Fallout 3 had an interesting and emotional story, New Vegas had a more realistic world, with the most freedom, and Skyrim was very beautiful, and had the best standout moments.

Surprisingly, I haven't come across any of the glitches you listed. However, I was a vampire, and for some reason, it wouldn't let me feed. So I had to delete my game because everyone was attacking me and I couldn't do any quests, and the clothing glitches sometimes, but that can be fixed by entering a location and then going back out. Those were the only glitches I came across.

got this, skyward sword, and ocarina of time (3ds) for christmas, so far my opinion is that ocarina is the best by far, Skyrim is very time-consuming, but still a lot of fun, and skyward sword i havent gotten as much playing time into because of the other two xD but what I have done, it seems as though it has the potential to be much better than Skyrim just because of the type of game it is, plus the combat system is awesome (though a little buggy). Haven't played them through, so its not final

@HerrGames mass effect 3 is coming in February so you could wait for that and then check it out... If you don't feel like waiting, then get Skyrim cause its much bigger than mass effect 2 and I didn't like too much of the combat.

I am going to wait for the Skyrim GOTY edition and then decide between GTA 5, Skyrim Game of the Year Edition, or Mass Effect 3

What does MW3 have 1. A haphazard we don't know what the fuck were doing, but we'll blow everything up campaign. 2. A survival mode that feels tacked on compared to other survival modes like Horde. 3. An multiplayer that feels more like DLC than a new game

I'd give Skyrim 7 or 8 out of 10. While most aspects of the game are good It's just so unbelievably slow-paced. Probably the slowest game I've ever played. And it's ridiculously easy and there's basically no need for tactics, even on the harder difficulties. And the combat is just bad, it's all button mashing.
