WTF!!! you're making it sooo hard!!! you only have to get a toilet paper roll and grab a balloon and cut the blow part from the balloon than you put the sack of the balloon over the roll than use duck tape to seal it and when you put confetti in there its gonna spray all over the place! I did it and it works fantastic even better than a fucking party popper!!!
