Is it okay to say that I don't like all this "hardcore" gaming and online stuff? I just don't see what's so great about it. I can't stand that there are too many games that always have to be dark and violent, and not enough games with some subtlety about them. I really think I just don't know what games other than Nintendo or platformers or FIFA games that I like anymore. It is too hard now...

Is it just me or is the audio still dodgy on a lot of ScrewAttackEurpoe's videos? All the voice is coming through the right speaker and the game is very low in the mix. Is it just very poorly mixed or is something going wrong with the upload? Its very off putting.

Halo never excited me, this title is no exception :)

The series never impressed me from the start, just another first person shooter. I found the controls too twitchy and awkward, the environments and graphics average and general gameplay meh.

Not bad just meh :)

Halo should certainly be given the award for most overhyped game of all time :)

fantastic review as usual but i have some problems realy this is the most over hyped over priced expansion pack fire fight mode looks like a lot of fun and no doubt everyone and there granma will be playing it till the wee hours of the night but the problem resides in its very short campain (which spoonyone has gone out saying is very similiar to halo combat evlolved) and re buying all the maps you already have and plus i beive microsoft needs a new ip i mean stop milking this cash cow!

I really don't see why people are bitching about this title, as its a very solidly built shooter. Don't they realise it was designed as DLC to begin with? hence its short length.

Plus i really hate the comparisons to Gears 2 Horde mode being the original "survival" game mode as it isnt a fair claim, i can recall a Timesplitters 2 which has its own spin of the mode where you have to outlast wave after wave of enemies and that was released in 2002.

Well in the UK we always get screwed over price wise compared to US market, usually on conversion we pay $10 more on average per game. So on that note relatively speaking i think its a decent deal for me but i totally get where your coming from. Its not so bad if you buy it offline on there its around $50

I wont, here is the reason why. The halo series, as we all know, is over rated, even way more then the mario series.

When a new mario game comes out, do people go crazy, hyping it as if it's the only great thing coming to their console... going absolutely crazy and making all these videos as if it's something extremely special, gathering attention. Every halo game, no matter what, gained this attention. While, a Mario game is soon to release, we know it will be good, but no need to go nuts.

I bought the game on Tuesday evening, this game trumps all of the current xbox FPS of this current year, not to mention all of its Halo predecessors.

I haven't enjoyed a single player game to this extent in a long long time.
