Actually, that is incorrect. The first subzero, in MK1 was killed by Scorpion. In MK2, his younger brother took up the SubZero name and vowed revenge on Scorpion. In Mortal Kombat: Deception it is revealed that after his death, the first SZ, when he died, turned into a Wraith and was propositioned by Shinnok and Quan Chi, who took him as a member of the Brotherhood of the Shadow, something he had resisted while alive, and he became Noob Saibot.

no. and those aren't easter eggs. lol. an easter egg you might mention would be noob saibot being the backwards names of ed boon and john tobias the creaters of mk, the tobias/boon sign in the subway, the 'toasty' dan forden cameos, or the part at the very begining of the movie, kintaro destroying the logo. those are all easter eggs of the mk production, but my easter egg i created and included myself is completely different and completely humourous.

There are too many sh|t videos out there and I was dying to make one that does the games justice. (at least MK I, II, III, UMK3, MKT, IV. I haven't played any of the other ones)
