To get that Djinni I am pretty sure you have to go to Gaia Rock and get the Psyenergy there. Then use it to get under those rocks that are blocking the way and then follow the path around.

@NoAsking Air's rock was a little confusing to some people and really confusing to some but i do say that there is other places more confusing and annoying then Air rock.
