@delcomurf I know it was awful, also at a gig once he was with a white girl and a bouncer help a gun to his head and told him to get the fuck away from her. thank fuck those days are gone (well, pretty much - Americas still a very racist place)

All the rock stars seemed to like Jimi and feel comfortable with him around. I guess he must have been a nice guy.
