There is one model you only need 15 of them to replace a coal fired power plant.
Cost i am unsure ? But you never have to feed it and it does not pollute at all.

I have never been one for 'carbon trading'.. its just another 'bubble' for greedy spectulators imo.
However, if by "global governance" you mean that there needs to be a 'united' effort to do something about all the pollution (which knows no borders) then whats the problem with that??
This is about the health of our planet its not about ONE nation's interests versus another's its about ALL of us & its in ALL our interests to make sure we leave the planet in a better condition than we found it!

ok here's another scenario like yours.. what if global burning is TRUE & we do NOTHING.. then billions of years of evolution go down the drain!
However if its true & we DO something about it... ie learn to co-operate on this issue which will lead to co-operation on many other issues instead of competing all the time, then in my opinion people will look back & say WTF why change back to that old broken system that braught us to the edge of extinction & caused so much suffering for the majority!?

You are saying the burdening taxes levied on the West, Cap and Trade, would be justifiable if the theory of Anthropagenic Global Warming is false.
Your position is immoral.
Now if you would support provisions that would give nations an option to vote themselves out if AGW is false would be a moral and defendable stance.

I propose to you that AGW is true. World Governance and Cap and Trade Legislation is a reality.
The treaties made assurances and provisions to Nations that they could withdraw from the World Union if AGW was proven false.

Yes 'cherry picked 1998 which was an el nino year. (thats 12 years ago NOT 15 for a start! genius!)
They chose to use 1998 as a yardstick because it was one of the hottest years EVER on record!.
There is no explaination for the medieval warm period but more than likely it was due to either a methane gas release from the ocean floors or some similar cause.
Fact is nobody knows for sure!
