i don't know if you can get this exact one, but you can get moon jellies. just google "moon jellies for sale" and you get a website with moon jellies and other small jellyfish and some sites sell special tanks for them that run anywhere from $2000-$10,000.

if u still wanna know, male jellyfish release sperm and female jellyfish release their eggs and both float in the ocean. once an egg is fertilized, it will sink to the ocean floor and begin to grow. it forms what's called a polyp. the polyp grows until it forms what looks like a stack of baby jellyfish on top of one another. the jellyfish then break away, one by one. however the polyp will branch off and start a new polyp, creating exact clones of the jellyfish from the original polyp.
