  • @PrimalATC They definitely don't  know who he is, so they are doing what they do best: telling someone else what they think is wrong with his form.

  • Absolutely, BEAUTIFUL form on the bench press. Absolutely HORRIBLE form on the chins (1/2 chins).

  • martin trained me when i played football for Wayne Hills, I remember those JUDO pushups they were intense

  • dont let your the front of your knee pass the front of your foot when u do lunges.

  • You did not straightened yout arms when you were doing the pullups (and the dips), and you were doing kipping with added weight..

  • @evaani1 yeah if you do weighted pull ups you shouldnt let your arms straight or they bend over

  • this is a personal thing better but i would've gone a bit deeper on the dips but still fucking hard man!! nice.

  • @roninblax Great song also, I didnt understand the lyrics when I was younger. But I do now. Very relevant as to how we create cults over leaders in politics, sports and entertainment. Like Ed Berneys said, manipulate the celebrity thereby control all their fans/ fanatics/ cult members.

  • Its MMA Style for Todays age. Back then it was about one or two major body workout for rest periods. This shows you how the game evolves, just do it all and "get her done!" 5mins, you cant say you have no time to work out as an excuse...
