Which is complete bs, to my understanding my crown vic caught his attention, so he decided to investigate. @TheMsautobodyman p71 is the model number for the crown vic with the police package. Not all crown vics have the police package. I drive a crown vic lx sport, which comes close (p74). I think taxis are p73s.

I just had Flowmaster 40 series delta-flows with turndowns put on my P71 yesterday. I was surprised that it actually picked up power midrange to top end quite nicely. Has a little more drone then I would like but I think I can live with it. What size piping did you use?

@rompn4x yea thats cool and its going to cause theres no tailpipes i dont care for tailpipes becasue of the slap sound in the pipe and i had 2 1/4"" piping on it and 2nd cat delete and flowmaster 40 series mufflers on it i actually sold the car for $3900 now i have a 2000 chevy silverado shortbed with a 5.3 liter it has 1 flowmaster on it im cutting the tailpipes off it when its warm and putting ture dual in time.

I had Magnaflows on my 03 GT with 2.5" Bassani cat X pipe and Bassani headers. The Magnaflows are moderate when cruising but get very loud under hard acceleration.  I love the sound but everyones ears are different.

@Mapp2004 yea tats true and hell yea it can its built tuff i know in the p71s the transmission rear end and engine are built more heavy duty then the standard 4.6 in the regular crown vics.

@vicp71 No they are not. Heavy duty suspension, brakes, wheels, oil coolers, alternator etc. Drive train is no stronger than a regular crown vic.
