I wish I could have been there - but I spoke to some people who I know and who were there. And I am telling this on their account. The event was to start at 3:30 - but ZH was forced by authorities to finish the program at 3:00. Now how can you expect thousands of people when the program did not go as scheduled. Also, there were almost 10,000 people... See More outside and they were not allowed to enter the hall by the police.

I'm not a fan of the government, but don't blame the government for this failure. Zaid Hamid changed the venue to something smaller because they knew nobody was going to come. His supporters are limited to those who are frustrated or not educated enough to to question what he says. This isn't 1987. Nobody wants to hear some wacko shouting into a mic for 2 hours.
