It's more possible that you're delusional or lying. The evidence for ghosts & souls etc. is virtually non-existent beyond people's stories. We're comprised of the same organic matter as other known lifeforms & run on the same biochemistry, yet humans are curious enough to survive their own death via a soul? Billions believe in the God of the Bible, yet not a shred of evidence exists for any of it; it is entirely faith, hearsay & people's imaginations running amok. Some people believe that we are multidimensional and that our spirit goes beyond our three dimensions. But some people are skeptical. So ghosts may or may not exist. However, EM radiation is everywhere, as it's the radiation from the Sun, so by detecting it, you're only demonstrating the existence of EMR, which is nothing strange. You see things because of the tiny band of EMR that your eyes detect as its emitted/reflected off that object. So, it's too general to say EMR is the ghostly remains of the dead.

To clarify, there isn't a specific bunch of energy (EMR or not) that your body owns — it comes and goes. EMR hits my body, some is absorbed, felt as heat, other frequencies are reflected back, which your eyes detect as visible light, then that information is used by your brain to construct an image of me. And so this energy is constantly flowing through in various forms. When I die, there's a drop in necessary energy input and it all eventually dissipates out randomly. There's no EMR fingerprint

The little girls story was probably she lived on a farm (your grandparents farm) and she got sick and died at a early age.
