@fallios I've never been knocked out but I can tell you why he stood up and fell down. Knockouts are a result of minor trauma to the brain. The trauma travels to your legs and leaves you temporarily disoriented. So he wasn't fully knocked out but received enough trauma to disorient him causing the spill.
