@12ant345 You should not take this. Since you are in pueberty right now your body is already making all teh HGH it needs. Let your genetics work. You have to wait until you are mature enough that you need more HGH to be release which is what this product is designed to.

Seeing that this is hormone supporting and not a pro-hormone or steroid type product, no cycle is necessary for health purposes; however, many find it effective, to maintain the product's potency, to take a 3-4 week break after 12 weeks
