If u had to guess judgin by the hill and i know that i like to go fast 15mph-40 max or in km (im canadien) bout 20km-70 max. I had a epidurel hematoma and a contusion to my brain. a month after i was in the newspaper front page trying to raise helmet awarness so people dont make the same mistake as i did.

@samthemanrox That sounds painful, Im glad you know that you are ok. it breaks my heart to see kids going out there going 60+ without a helmet and think there not gonna get hurt, because they know what there doing, I knew what i was doing and i hit a pothole that wasnt there the day before, at 40mph and it sent me flying i got Road burned from my stomach down, and i said, Theres always room for mistake but theres no room for stupidity.

@LaColoniaChique13 ye I hit a crack but if i was wearing a helmet i would be longboarding this summer and not stuck inside. Although i did do a speech about sick kids and won a Ipad and HD 40 inch T.V. So cracking my melon does have some advantages. But still I think there should be a law about having to wear helmets when 19 and under for roller blading, scooter, longboard, skateboard etc. THat way many kids would wear a helmet and there wouldent be so many injuries from longboarding and whatnot

@samthemanrox haha thats sick, but i agree, when we ride longboards we know the risk, We take that life risk from the time we hand the money over, But there isnt really a risk when u put a helmet on, In newyork state you get pulled over on a motorcylce for not having a helmet and get ticketed, on a longboard they dont care, but if they radar gun you in, Head of the harbor, your fucked! they will fine you thousands and bring you into court, for wreckless driving, *its a motor vehicle*
