@burn19ballz I'm not sure if that has been elaborated on but since vampires are immune to all known mortal diseases it stands to reason that they would not contract HIV or AIDS. The only thing I am aware of is that in some stories they need to stop drinking before the victim dies. If anyone knows for sure please explain with examples.
