Life choices are full of stochastic (random) processes - I could be walking across the street, someone calls me on my cell phone, I look down, and get hit by a car. Is that predicted, too? Here are facts you should consider first before buying into this:
For every person the NSA and other gov agencies need two agents to spy on at least. One technican who installs the surveillance equipment, records tapes etc. and one who actually listens, gathers data and reports to the agency. No agency in the world has the capacity (number of employees) and money to spy on 6 billion people! So it can only be done with automated systems. And those systems can be hacked, outsmarted or disabled.
