  • Women will never be equal to men... until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut, and still think they are beautiful.

  • that's what you see,,, but next time you should ask about the resone why Womens don't drive in Saudi Arabia

  • add this lesson to ur ajenda,it is rude to judge people without having fulknowledge WEkepedia is not a relaible source.i'm Saudi female.i work,i go every where.either with our family or by taxies buses, trains.cultures differe from each others, and as a civilized person u should respect my culture even if u dont agree with it.however, women are not inferior to men,but they are treated with care and protection out of love and respect just like precious dimond. women symbolizes, family, houner, pride

  • @qtabah99 Dear precious diamond, as another Saudi female, I just have to say that what you wrote is a load of BS. You seem to be happy, good for you, but that's certainly not the case for everyone here. How about being treated like an actual person instead of a "diamond" or any other type of rock? Crazy concept, huh? Anyway, I have not met a woman who gets treated like a diamond, but I've heard that phrase many times before. It's duckspeak, if you repeat it enough times you'll believe it's true

  • SO I see NOOOO problima... oops you want me to speak in Italy too...? well

I think its enough for today

    PEACE

    Abdulmajeed from Saudi Arabia

  • what brought Saudi Arabia to what you are talking about!

    DUDE>>>>>>>>>>>>!

日本語も話せるよ!日本に二回行った、もちろん勉強のために。。we love manga and animation of japan.

    we love japan itself.

you see? we have no problem with Education!

and women TRULY aren't allowed to drive In Saudi Arabia But that does NOT mean they cant go anywhere or they are always stuck in the kitchen! We go with or brothers, fathers, they take us wherever we want and we have drivers too!

  • Wikipedia is mentioned in this video.

  • i had a japanese person say this to me once, didn't really understand why at the time. at the end of the phone conversation she says "I will wait" I just took it as another akward comment

  • "I'll be waiting" would be fine, I think. I don't think most people in my country would use anything like that at the end of a phone call unless it was something like: "Hey, I'm running a little late! I'll be there in 10 minutes." "Okay, I'll be waiting."

  • That looked cool! And what are the reason for Japanese saying I'm waiting? It must have some reason right?

  • i think it comes from the common japanese phrase 'o-machishitteimasu'

  • That doesn't make me any smarter :) When they are saying "I'm waiting", are they actually thinking in those terms? I know many expressions in my own language which are used without any thought really, but it often has some logic to it ofcourse.

  • No, they're not literally thinking like that, it's a polite expression. It's more polite to say that than just say goodbye (in some circumstances). Like the expression "itadakimasu" literally means: "I receive", but people just say it because it's what you're supposed to say before you eat.

  • Ok, that sounds reasonable. I gather snooq had some further explanation here, about what it originates from. That's always fun to know, although not necessary.

  • cool vid. thanks

  • In north america, we pronounce the word "women"...as WIMEN.

One woman...two "WIM/'en"....don't ask me why?

I don't know of any other case where an "O" is pronounced as an "I".

    One goose...two geese.

    One mouse...two mice.

    One moose...two moose.

...it's just one of those strange english language things, i guess??????

  • It sounded like you were pronouncing women as woman. Do New Zealanders not pronounce women as wimen???

  • Good question ... I'm not sure about the answer to this. I have a feeling that it's common for people in NZ to pronounce woman and women the same way (like woman). But some people think this is wrong.

  • I don't think it's wrong!

    I just think it's different!

    Dialects are FUN!!!!

    Weeeeeeeeeee!!! :^)
