My Heart Operation - Great Ormond Street Hospital.

i have a heart condition like that, its gentic, its called Long QT Syndome! I had heart surgery as well :/ last year when i was 18.. so im 19 now lol i have an ICD now, you know like an interal defib. It sucks, but when you have a heart attack at a young age, with a diagnosed heart conditon like yours, it needs to be done.

I just had surgery for svt it totally effects your life dramatically. I had to get an abortion because of it. :-( :-( I wish u the best.

Sometimes i fight and says God Why me? But then i understand and change the way i feel and think because some ppl are more sick than us. I had 3 years trying to know what happened with my heart and after those tears and sadness God sent the right dr and save my life.

Hi casey. just in a matter of interest, you were probably there when i was having one of my injections. i felt a deep sorrow for you while watching this video and how you explained it was magnificent. you will pull through the heart disease and though they might not be able to take it away, which i dont know if they will, great ormand sreet hospital is still an awesome hospital. also, nice socks.

So in 2007 I decided not to think about it anymore I just went on with my life. I have had episode probably since but I have learn to master them and call them away. I workout still and I live life, I tell to pray alot and learn your body master your mind. Look for a better doctor. Things are tuff when it comes to heart problem. In 1998 I was in the gym and my heart went to 276bpm, After many doctors I was told it was SVT. For the next 5 years it was hell so I went for my ablation surgery in 2005. I was under for 3 an a half hours and they could not make my heart go into SVT so mapping it was a failure but they called it a miracle cause my condition just disappeared. But the next 2years would prove that wrong I got 2 more SVT episodes in the gym.

I had a cabg (connary artery bypass graft) at great ormond street just under 3 weeks ago and i had to be in CICU for 2 days and on ladybird ward for about 3 or 4 days. but first before my op i went to the cardiac day care where you were. everybody looks after you very well in there  and i was the the first child ever to have this operation done before

well done for being so brave :'D ,, you've inspired me.. im in the middle of being diagnosed with kidney disease and was in GOSH for a week,, i only came out on wednesday,, befor that i was a UCL for 2 weeks and had 2 opps.

i hope everything works out for you in the end,, enjoy life and never take anything for grantage<cant spell ,, because i took my good health of grantage and now its gone :|
