The thing is: you can't really tell! The slave owners thought it was just a low-class dance routine, but they were in for a surprise to have kicks coming from nowhere. The sad thing is the slave-holders even had guns and still they got their ass handed to them! This applies one of the 36 secrets of the Martial Arts:
Definitely fighting. The challenge with Capoeira is that most kicks have some much spin / centrifugal force that it's not practical to practice full contact. Capoeiraists instead fight and practice this way and can tell when they "would" have been struck or bested by another. If you don't know the art you can easily be hurt
who is that guy in the green shirt and blue pants? He moves like Mestre Poncianinho but I'm not sure if that's him, he looks a bit different or maybe it's the camera.
I think it's Mestre Poncianinho, you can tell by the way he moves, and the one in the yellow shirt is ContraMestre Casquinha, I don't know who are the others though...
haha yeah..a sneaky ''cabeçada'' one of my favorite capoeira techniques, it's a kinda sneak attack but in a real fight, it's devasting, look at Zidane do it 2 dat italian player in da world cup finale last year! LOL

Others could be the students of Poncianinho. Instrutor Barish is among them.
