@TwinkeTwinsTX to make ur person fly u must be in Super Power Island then u have to defeat all the villians.and betty jetty is left.dont do her yet.then wen u do all of them go to the phone booth.it will be ringing.and click da phone and u get powre to fly and then go to da building where u fight copy cat and da building nexto tothat one, climb it to da top and den go up and u fight betty jetty.

After that ,you answer it ,you'll get a flying power.
