Regarding the Release Date, Avicii and Ash did probably THE smartest thing a DJ can do. They leaked it, on purpose, under "No Track ID Found" = Avicii - ID

People were going crazy playing ID and then what happened, rumors about another name existing for the song.. the right name was levels.

Every person that listens to house music of this kind knew what song it was before it was even NAMED.

And now he released it, as At Night says, they do it for the crowd, not the money.
