My first trip to London was 6 months ago. And oh my god! I miss it so much! It was such a great time, and to me, it´s the most beautiful city in the world!
Very very nice..... I'm from the US and in the future I plan on visiting London.... I wonder what would be some of the places for me to visit while I'm there???
Thank you for the kind comment. It was actually amazing that we got there right on time when Big Ben was getting ready to ring twelve o'clock. Sometimes things just work out perfectly....
Well well well. British people who live in London you better stay the fuck out of Big Ben cuz Big Ben will be blown up in 2012 new years eve ;) you better be prepared not be die in front of shitty big ben im telling you all. Illuminati is the enemy of this world death to devil worshippers. So watch out men ;)
It seems like you spent the majority of your time in East and West London.
I personally grew up in South London in Chelsea and is a very beautiful place. I hope you didn't leave London without visiting Kings Road, Fulham, Knightsbridge :)
The tune before Big Ben is not called clockwork, it's actually played by whats called the quarter bells. These bells are called the quarter bells because they chime on the quarter and half hour e.g half past ten, quarter past three, and so on. To hear the quarter bells chime from an inside view of the tower, see the video 'Making sure Big Ben strikes on time' which is posted on youtube as well. The quarter bells will chime at 1:16.
How I love that City. Full of life and you always seem to learn something new in that city, even when you live there. Can't wait until I come over again next month.

Yes, I did see a bit of East and West London. Our 3 days just were too short to get to see other areas. Thanks for the suggestions for next time....

@emmettsgirl981
Also, there are other videos that show the quarter bells chiming from an inside view of the tower, not just the one that I have listed.
