  • You look like the actor mike delfino from desperate housewives.

  • @PRINCESSicecubeDEMON is that good?

  • @kristoferyoungdc YES that's HAWT ;7

  • Thank you for this video I really appreciate this. Spread the word to the people who havent learned. Ever since I stopped eating dairy, i dont remember the last time I been sick. My acne, heartburn, diarrhea, weight gain, and any other physical cramps and pain all went away and I never experience none of these things again. It's also been a year since I been sick.

  • @WestSideCoolidge You are so welcome! Even when I don't know the person involved, I am thrilled to hear about the relief and improved health that almost always occur when dairy is stopped! Thank you so much for commenting. Your words are sure to save a life.

  • @kristoferyoungdc Well, I think i went on this journey for a reason. To experience it and help others. My mom has bad arthritis and leg cramps everywhere. I tried to tell her, her diet could be a big help to her. I let her know Dairy products are not what they are cracked up to be. We need first hand nutrition not second hand nutrition. Cow's milk is for calfs and drugged, processed, and ruined cows milk is for no one!

  • @kristoferyoungdc Milk does a body BAD! Guess what's in it... Bovine growth hormone or BGH - Antibiotics, pesticides, chemicals and hormones - Pus, blood, penicillin. Drink milk? research shows that you are likely to be plagued by migraines, bloating, indigestion, gas, asthma, anemia, prostate cancer, and a host of potentially fatal allergies!! Milk is not for humans ever! Drink hemp and almond milk and eat seaweed and veggies!! Society is BRAINWASHED!! GREAT VID!! DOCTOR!!!

  • Im just curious as to the affects of trace amounts of milk products/additives added into different foods/products? would it be equal to the amount of drinking a glass of milk? (i doubt it but still curious) ????

  • @Whyrweherereally

The effects of small amounts of dairy are completely individual. Some people can not tolerate any. One of the biggest risks is that individuals eat and "tolerate" some dairy, while the exposure is quietly damaging their body. Two of my favorite ways of trying to monitor low level damage from allergy, are: 1) palpation of the abdomen for tightness and/or tenderness, and 2) palpation of muscles of the back and neck, again, for tightness and/or tenderness.

    Best wishes!

  • @kristoferyoungdc Awsome thanks for the reply! i dont consume dairy anymore, not even the natural 'raw' dairy (for weight reasons mainly cause i know its still good for you), except for when i consume packaged foods that contain trace amounts of milk and milk products, and thats what im curious as to know mainly? im not allergic, but avoid mainly because of weight gain. Also, what if you cook cheese to extreme heats, like for pizza etc? is it still as bad? thanks again

  • @Whyrweherereally

Weight gain is a classic sign of allergy to dairy.

  • @kristoferyoungdc My mom started drinking milk today because someone told her it was good for her and that I dont know what IM talking about. They told her she should not listen to me and drink milk because it says it in the bible. my mom has been suffering with arthritis for about 4 months now but has always consumed a lot of cheese and yogurt. I guess my words mean nothing to her...oh well

  • Ive been wanting to go vegan for quite sometime having gone vegetarian already and i feel like this was the last push i needed. I feel inspired and motivated to dump the dairy dupe!

  • @Lovebunee Hello Lovebunee,

Happy to lend a hand for that last push that you needed. It is so valuable to experiment with and without dairy. In my experience, 80-90% of folks clearly feel and function better when off of dairy. Dairy is not the cause of all evil; it is simply powerful and harmful for many. And removing it is free.

  • @kristoferyoungdc I see that you live in California and am wondering if you would at all consider doing a seminar of sorts on this topic at my school. I am treasurer of the Science Society at California State University Dominguez Hills. We do programs all the time on different topics and I feel this might make for a really great program!

  • I would just like to ask is all dairy bad for us.. Could I drink milk and eat cheese if it was raw I.e non pasterized ect??

  • @Sheffwed1085

    Hello!

Thank you for keeping this conversation alive!

First, there may be some people who are not adversely affected by dairy. Not many.

My limited experience with raw dairy suggests that it also causes problems.

I encourage you to do multiple experiments for yourself of going 100% off of all dairy for 2-4 weeks, then reintroduce plenty of dairy and see how you feel. This is not a perfect experiment, but it will create clarity for 80-90% of individuals.

  • We NEED more people to get educated about health! Too many people don't know how important this is!

  • Great, keep you the good work

  • Your video made me finally give up cheese, within a week rheumatitis, menstrual pains and indigestion became null.

  • plumevine,

Congratulations!!! Your great results are very common in those who stop dairy. And they are always very thrilling! Thank you so much for letting me know that my video was a catalyst for you! Improving one life is so uplifting. Be well.

  • What most people don't realize is that casein, an amino acid in cow's dairy, weakens your immune system. I went off dairy a year and a half ago and haven't been sick since - not one cold, not one flu, and I used to get several colds per year. So even if you're not allergic to dairy, you still might see major physical improvements from eliminating it. Giving up cheese is hard but once you see the improvement from giving it up, things change. Plus there are good cheese substitutes thesedays.

  • I'm feeling the heat from cheese and cream as well, even though I consume very little of it. I'm going to give it up too but for a vegetarian that doesn't eat soy products, do you know of any non-soy cheese substitutes?

  • plumevine,

I don't know any good cheese substitutes. Congratulations for your decision to try being off of dairy.

  • schwadda,

Thank you so much for your comment on my video! Your comment will help others recognize the risk and understand that removing dairy is do-able.

  • You are totally right on this. Why do most people say Dairy is good for you? Eating it speaks for itself from its effects. I used to have heartburn so bad that any time i ate anything it felt like my chest was going to explode. I used to eat slices of cheese every night -_-..now that I dont eat dairy, my heartburn, diharrea, acid reflux, acne and canker sores have never returned and i feel so much more energy and cardiovascular strength. Cheese is so thick!! it must stick to everything. Not Milk
