No you get the Orthmeyers keycard from lee hongs desk in The Wang Fou incident and whhen you go back to Asylum Aftermath you get to the doors with Duel Gold Desert Eagles behind go through there and there you are then straight up untill you find the last tubes.
lol at the first room there are people from the game developers, like Janos Flösser, who is the leader manager, i think that must be an easter egg :)
