I hope you know that most children who are put up for adoption end up in foster care and move from family to family every year or two. I know people up to the age of 20 who have never had a real home because none of their foster families wanted to keep them. Some of them end up living in orphanages their whole lives, or even worse, on the streets. Not an easy life. I don't think they survey people before they kill their child. Abortion has nothing to do with a specific group of people, it is a matter of the heart.
just wanted to say guys that I believe abortion should only be allowed to occur before the foetus becomes 'alive' (i.e. it reaches a stage of human consciousness), and this is usually before viability. I do not think abortion should be abolished entirely, as disturbing as this video was, I just think that we need to push the time limit way back (12 weeks, maybe less depending on whether the baby is moving/ functional).

To say that there is such a thing as an unwanted baby is ignorant. I have placed a child for adoption. I know people that couldn't handle the burden of a baby born with disabilities that gave up their baby for adoption. These babies are adopted because they ARE wanted.
It is not a fetus, it is a baby.If it is not a baby, you are not pregnant and don't need an abortion. I would gladly take in a baby to spare it from that kind of torture. I now have three of my own children and they are precious.

I hope you know that most children who are put up for adoption end up in foster care and move from family to family every year or two. I know people up to the age of 20 who have never had a real home because none of their foster families wanted to keep them. Some of them end up living in orphanages their whole lives, or even worse, on the streets. Not an easy life. I personally would never get an abortion, but that's me, I'm not going to make someone else's choice for them.

Why would it be that some people don't have that option? Everyone has the option to give birth to the human being that was created through their own thoughtlessness. Pregnancy is not lifelong, and is rarely terminal. Why give a permanent solution for what is a temporary problem? We have millions of families waiting to adopt, and others willing to help.
Men have advanced abortion rights because it absolves them of responsibility - "keep it, abort it, just don't make me pay for it."

I am a Christian and I am not putting down Christianity, I am just stating facts. 70 percent of the women going into abortion clinics to kill their babies claim to be Christians. Whether they actually are or not is an entirely different story, but 70 percent claim to be self-professed "Christians." This country claims to be 76 percent Christians. As Christians, we need to start preaching the love of Christ and God's laws over mankind. God bless.

Chopper Six, that is a great question as to why self-professed "Christians" are not caring about this issue. I agree with you, but you should not make blanket statements about Christians. I am very adament about this issue, which is why I made this video. I'm not sure that your statistic is correct either. I don't think they survey people before they kill their child. Abortion has nothing to do with a specific group of people, it is a matter of the heart.

just wanted to say guys that I believe abortion should only be allowed to occur before the foetus becomes 'alive' (i.e. it reaches a stage of human consciousness), and this is usually before viability. I do not think abortion should be abolished entirely, as disturbing as this video was, I just think that we need to push the time limit way back (12 weeks, maybe less depending on whether the baby is moving/ functional).

in the case of rape, it is IMPERITIVE that a woman be given the option of whether to continue the pregnancy. forcing her to carry a child conceived in violence for nine months is tantamount to torture. aborting a previable fetus is not. they can't feel pain nor are they conscious. a rape victiim has her autonomy violated once. to force her to be an incubator against her will is shameful and no civilized society will tolerate that. many women would kill themselves from the stress

It isn't the child's fault either, that her mother was raped. I know some very great men that were the products of rape. just because something is graphic doesn't automatically make it immoral. see any picture of the aftermath of a surgery and it will be grotesque. also, most of these pictures were of late term abortions which are very rare. if prolifers are so concerned with these pregnancies then why not ivest money in making technology to trasnfer the fetus to another womb? i wonder how many prolife women would be willing to have it implanted in them.

Also, I am all for sex education in middle school. I just dont agree with people having sex whenever & with whomever they want. ynadisdany: partical birth abortion, and abortions performed in the last trimester are LEGAL in many states. As you saw in the video most of those children where almost tweleve inches long. That would make those woman 6 to 7 months pregnant. In Partical birth abortion the baby is full term the woman delivers all but the infants head and then doctors/ abortionist kills it. So do research before you make untrue accusations. It's sick what is legal in this country.
