  • Rings are TOUGH.

  • How many normal dips do you think you need to do before you can do a ring dip?

  • They're not even rings

  • nice training !

    i love ring too

  • lol@ the lady weighing her self......srry im mean

  • Holy shit that's one strong woman.

I'm surprised that you can do that many pullups though and not be able to do full dips. I do about equal numbers of the two.

  • What you label "easy" is totally impossible for all but the strongest, toughest, and most fit women! Great job!

  • Good work on the home made straps - and using them with such great form! What did you make the handles out of?

  • Hey you were half way to a "skin the cat" exercise on that last one you did....

check it out its great for closed chains shoulder mobility!!

  • Gotta say this is some of the best form I've seen on chins, including all the men posting theres. All the way up and All the way down. Non of these 3/4 reps. Same with the rest of your exercises.Hats off to you.

  • you're a very fit woman. thank you for posting

  • Awesome again, I'm awful at chins. I started doing dips and chins at the same time and couldn't do any of either, but now I can do loads of dips and still only one or two chins/pulls. It looks like you have the opposite problem.

How do you find using rings? More productive?

  • Pull-ups are just about the same on rings; however, dips, push-ups and anything that requires you arms to be above the rings are much harder because they force you to stabilize the rings. This works a lot of muscles most people aren't used to working. In short, they are very useful pieces of equipment.

  • Was there a disco in the background...lol

  • It's a spinning class. Lord knows why they had the disco lights - maybe to make it look exciting...

  • Respect for the female athlete on video. Thanks for sharing.

  • nice work, am gonna get some rings too

  • LOL! How typical. Fit girl does pushups and rows with ease while an obese excuse for a woman mopes around on the scale.

  • Looking good there. A few months of work, and you'll have a muscle-up!

Speaking of which, I found feet-on-a-chair-in-front work with the rings to be an excellent method of progression for dips and the MU transition. It just takes a little load off, but most of the motion is the same.

  • Been trying to reply to your comment on my vid but it ain't working for some reason. Any ways Thanks mate!!! Loving your innovative rings!!! What did you use to make'em!!!

  • A friend of mine made the curved ring bit and the straps are roof rack straps. So I can't really take any credit for them.

  • Real Nice!! I need to make me some of those!!

  • well done: great set up

  • Hey friend, keep up with the good work, one of the best things to help you with the rings, is keeping your arms very tight against your body, work on static holds, and grip training as well. Jason<~~~All Around Strength

  • Cheers for the tip.

  • Awesome rings! =D! Can't wait to get some personally! But I aint anywhere near that strength yet XD

    Good Job!

  • Cheers, they are good fun. Going to make a big difference I think!
