if yes, i use the emergency lights mod, download the last version it's very good and remember to install cleo 4 library.. i hope i helped you out =)

@cjrd28051994 If you have an img editor program, you can open gta3.img and probably somehow export the towtruck TXD and DFF files and upload them.

Talking about your problem, i think that it's just a little mistake that you've done in 3Ds( if you use zmodeler i can't help you) it happened to me several times that the mods didn't work at the first time, so just try again and think about your possible mistakes and check this video out! watch?v=u_1kfg4RiG0

its is not working with SAMI

Yes it doesn't work with SAMI because i haven't put the txd into the .rar file...

so there are two ways:

Or you extract the rar file and put the dff file manually into the gta3.img file by the IMG Tool 2.0

Or you extract the txd file from the game and you rebuild the archive rar with the two files, so SAMI will work...

if you don't understand, please tell me and i'll explain better...

if i remember right it's F11... press and hold..

I'm not sure because this is an older version about emergency light's...

if it doesn't work, download version 7 or 7.5!
