There were real men who did the things in the Rambo movies, in Laos and other parts of Nixon's "wider secret wars" in S.E.Asia, perhaps he is based on them. Most of those guys never made it home, but even those that returned were hardly given a hero's welcome by the "politicians " who had previously rushed to escalate U.S involvement there, and finally deserted our allies there. So much for defenders of the "free" world! And this is way back almost a lifetime ago in the 1960s & 1970s.

Oh no, i love that stuff. I once did a claymation/ stopmotion thingg for school. Ours was the worst lol... I was stuck with the nerds who thought we should make the movie about boxes attacking the world because of a SCRIPT! A god-damned script. Nd their boss was a minotaur and the hero was an evil looking chipmunk with 6 arms and wings. I was some alien thing... Extremely buff though! until they ripped it apart and got me a bad art mark, cuz mine was really good.
