I am a mother of a 16 month old toddler. Is there any different poses you might have that may include her? She may not always be interested, but does like to climb on me when Im on the ground. I just stopped nursing her about 3 weeks ago, and I am a stay at home mom. I want something that will stretch and tone. I am small figured like yourself and have lower back nerve pinching and hurting (from carrying around my baby?..) --Thank you, Colleen
