That tuning is called DADGAD tuning (common in "Celtic" music).

Hi, Glad you liked it. I guess the tuning is Drop D with the top E also dropped and the B to A. So whatever that is - some kind of open D. It was me trying to copy Rory after seeing him do it years ago. Now I've uploaded I notice that the Rory original is on here too, so watching that afresh I realise it's not very close at all. Oh well that's the way it goes.. Cheers Rob
