Octavian Belu and Mariana Bitang are not coaching(for now),they are involved in the sport "birocratic" apparatus of our country(dunno exactly what post or role),but they cant stay back long from training so they'll coach again,hopefully the national team.

I don't think Nicolae Forminte is doing a good job at all. He took a team that was always in the picture for gold and they almost didn't even medal at last year's Olympics. They only won the bronze because Russia did so poorly or else they would have won the bronze.

I am disappointed by him too, but I also noticed that the gymnasts are much more relaxed, friendly, enjoying themselves since B & B left. The fact that Russia failed or any other team performing poorly and not being in control in competitions, is not our problem, but theirs! These EC were disappointing to me, not Beijing, and it was here that Forminte showed lack of preparation and strategy :D

That was cool. Belu, Bitang and Matei (the coaches and former coach of Ponor) contested the score of Stela Nistor at Romanian Nationals in 2004 (they think she received too much).

Belu is looking bewildered at Stela.

The comentator said maybe he should have done the same when Catalina Ponor received her score LOL.

Don't know what was Stela's score, she was then a junior and Catalina received 9.800.

The score was too high in their opinion, the commentators were laughing too at the situation, i.e. coaches not being satisfied with high scores.

What I forgot to mention is that Steliana was a junior back then and NOT COACHED by Bellu, Bitang or Stanei.
