The only way I can see to incorporate the choice aspects of the game is to have little voting things on the seats. You see the thingy come up on the screen just like in the game and choose the paragon or renegade option, and the decision is decided upon by the most votes from the audience. You'd potentially see a somewhat different movie every time. Of course, the theaters would have to be capable of showing and properly synching the spliced film with the corresponding choice/consequences...
if they make a movie it should be a prequel - it should be a full CG film focusing on the Rachni War, the Geth Uprising against the Quarians or the Krogan Rebellion...not the events of the game, itself. mass effect is all about choice and not everyone's interpretation of shepard or the events is the same (or the events on that matter) and it should stay that way. focus on a prequel far beyond the game, not a director's interpretation of the game.
