This is not the biggest mall in South Africa, not by a long shot. At 400 stores, over 1km long, over double four lane levels, It's only number five in SA.

1) gateway - DURBAN

2) sandton city - JOHANNESBURG

3) menlyn park - PRETORIA

4) the pavillion - DURBAN

5) canal walk - CAPE TOWN

Canal Walk is over a kilometer long, double paralelle levels. 10 parking lots, multiple food courts, a science expo center, movie houses etc. It's Massive.

Hi, im sooo glad you recorde this. I'm south African and Im in the U.S @ alot of american dont know the beauty of S.A. b/c on televisu=io they only show the poor side and the wild side of Africa. People ask me did I have clothes when I came, or do the have houses or mall or anything. And I tell them Its almost like the U.s in S.A. Thank you for posting this. I miss home its been 11yrs since I've away from hm. That was beautiful. lol...I'm soooo proud! :)
