@ang1590 Okay, just to clear this up. These meets are hosted by downshiftaus, NOT JDMST. They're organized on JDMST but JDMST do nothing for it. They aren't called "JDM meets" because the cars are not strictly JDM, it's beause they're organized on the website, BY downshiftaus. It'd be great if we could get some credit since we're the ones who clean up after everyone at the end...

@g4ngr3l87 It means Provisional. Here in Australia (or Queensland at least) Before you can get your open license you must first hold 2 different Provisional license (Known more commonly as "P-plates") for a total of 3 years. Provisional license holders have restrictions on what they can drive.

@nightpwner Ok pull out your notebook because I'm going to teach you something important. JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market, and SUBARU is JDM because of this very important fact. Any Japanese car can attend a JDMST Meet, but other marques don't really belong there, resulting in the non-JDM driver looking like a dickhead. That Ford ute is Australian, not Japanese. This is why a Ford can't be JDM. Now run off child.

@ang1590 I've seen plenty of non JDM cars at JDMST meets. You don't really look like a dickhead.. At one meet someone brought a Lambo and obviously that got more attention than even an EG with a K24 swap. If you really want to get technical then an Aus delivered Evo x wouldn't count as JDM because its specs aren't the same as the Japanese version. lol at the end of the day people can drive whatever they want.. sure their car might not be 'JDM' but if it's nice people will look at it regardless

I dunno if you've seen the MCM Subaru Vs Nissan where they asked that Jap guy which of the two cars were more JDM and he chose the aus delivered RS Turbo -_- instead of the Jap spec S15. So go figure lol in the end, I wasn't dictating what people could drive. I was pointing out that the guy parading his ford ute was a douche. Park it and admire the other cars by all means, just don't parade it at a JDMST meet.
