@unknowndeoxys00 Most WWII cartoons are in the public domain because at the time WB felt there was no reason to renew the copyright (back in the 60s or 70s). The thinking was since WWII was long over there would never be any need to show these cartoons. Small video companies got ahold of these cartoons and started releasing PD tapes, and that's how these wartime shorts continued to get exposure.
