This is a great game but I gave it up. I'm not overagratting a bit... but sometimes random encounters happends every 3-5 seconds. its annoying to say the least, and im sure the developers did this to make the game last longr then it should've.

the game is horrible, played it for an hour before i gave up cause of the - graphics! im usually not crazy about ultra high res graphics, but this is horrible, and the fights are annoying, the story is nothing spectacular, the game lacks lots of polishing. and yea chrono trigger wannabe - but fails epicly!

Other than the encounter rate, the slightly lag, and some of the glitches(hey, it's their first game, cut them some slack!). I think it actually excels Chrono Trigger, in every other aspect; story-wise, character-wise, etc.

You can see that this is an earlier DS video. Some of the spell effects only fill up to GBA resolution. They did a quick port to the DS when GBA died. 3:27 and 3:59 show these unfinished effects. The spell effects only fill part of the screen.

Judging by the trailer the designers should be spending their time teaching Generic RPG's For Dummies instead of making games.

How is, for example, "over 100 weapons and 200 pieces of armour" a selling point? RPG's have items and equipment, I think that's a given. "Control 8 fully develoved playable characters" as opposed to what, partially developed? Is "Active Tactical Combat system" just a cute marketing nake for something we've already seen a million times in Secret of Mana, Star Ocean etc?
