The wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have freed people from tyranny. In Afghanistan women can work again and go to school before they would have to beg, sell their bodies, or die before. In Iraq a terrible dictator who murdered his own people has been taken out of power.

Welcome to the 'new' christianity. Murder is fine. Abortion is wrong! Torture is good! Attacking other countries (you guessed it) GOOD! Spending money on war implements and feeding the military industrial complex while your fellow humans starve to death and die without any kind of health plans or insurance: AWESOME!

Answer to your title:
And so did 149,999 other people, what makes this one so important? Everyone is equal and we should be trying to save dying kids in Africa not concerned with soldiers who fight in war zones, although its important what they do and I respect them and honor them.

My grandpa was a soldier in WW2, He still cries at night because of the he saw. I cant imagine what those men fighting now must feel. I understand that they are brave and on outside strong but on the inside their heart must be burning with fear. But there always will be hope and the support of their loved ones to keep them going.
