Wow...Our Polish Catholic Church was closed years ago and I haven't heard this song in years. Christmas has never been quite the same. Then for some strange reason I "googled" Polish Christmas songs and found this treasure. What a fantastic arrangement. Brittany brought tears to my eyes with her angelic voice. Thank you for sharing. God Bless.
@Shylo3211001 You're quite welcome! The Polish Catholic Chuch I attended as a child and first heard great traditional songs such as this also closed several years ago, so I can relate to what you're saying. Songs such as this bring back a lot of fond memories. We're really glad you like our arrangement and we thank you for your comments. God bless, Mike.

Wonderful! I searched a performance of this song (Chopin was inspired by writing the middle part of his scherzo no.1/ op. 20). I found some versions, but this I like best. Marvelous singing, I love it.
Nothing strange in it. Frédéric François Chopin, in Polish Fryderyk Franciszek Chopin (1 March 1810 – 17 October 1849) was a Polish composer, virtuoso pianist, and music teacher, of French-Polish parentage. He was born and educated in Poland. This carol was known already in XIV century, and in XIX quite populat nationwide.
What a very pretty song. Never heard it before and I'm knocking on a bit now !!
Such a lovely singer too. Thank you.
