@0o0Martijn0o0 Hard to say for certain, but yeah I would expect that Madame's accent is Cockney from East London. Dunno where Cosette's accent actually comes from, but it's very "High-class" and proper. Probably from the South

@CrazyRhianne I think it's because she doesn't yet have the lung capacity. Getting a girl under ten to hold notes as long as neccessary can be a challenging feat. I missed the verse too, but what she sings is beautiful.
