thats actually me in the video getting shot on and he shot for like 45 mins. it was one of the coolest moments of my life. he is the nicest guy and just wants kids to get better. on one of the last shot he hit me in the foot, i was wearing skate shoes and i couldn't feel my foot till the next day. and yes he made me look silly he kyle harrison he makes mll goalies look silly with defenders on him

its easy, idk if this can help but choke down and keep your hands one on the butt, and the other about 9-11 inches apart. thats how i do it and twist your back for power and keep your feet straight for accuracy. hope i helped !
