@ildlgamereviews that dosn't neciserily make your teath white, i brush my teeth 2 times a day, use mouthwash floss, even scrape with a dental tool, but my teethhave always had a green tinge to them. Dentist said its just the natural colouring of me teeth :( so nothing i can do.

My way:

Chewing Gums are good

Brush morning/evening and after heavy meals

Drink Orange Juice every morning, neutralizes your mouth (mixes with Alkalis and Acids and neutralizes your mouth)

Whitening tapes once a month but not too often

If you use lemon juice or any acidic juice, it will definitely make your teeth whiter but in a couple of years, your teeth will be eaten away and you will have fake teeth.

yeah, but it eats only into the yellow stuff, its not strong enough to eat THROUGH your teeth, unless youre using it as a mouthwash lol...

actually people use it to rinse their mouths out all the time, kills all the germs.. mouthwash is more acidic because of the alcohol

actually, the hydrogen peroxide is not good for people who suffer from receding gums. It can cause more damage than good.

Just brush and floss daily. Let the true professional handle the whitening of your teeth.
