I'm so glad she's okay! I've been sitting here for 2 hours watching your videos and just got to this one. It's amazing how some people will say "It's just a dog" and not care to even pay money to help but people like you and other animal lovers (myself, etc) know that money isn't the thing when it comes to a member of our family.

I hate when people put price tags on pets. My rat had cancer, and it costed $180 to have her tumor removed. She's so happy now, hopping around and licking my hands. My stupid family kept joking around saying they could fix her for the price of a bullet.
Sometimes it feels like when nobody in the world cares, your pet comes up to you and makes the whole situation seem better.

Her staying close to you is her way of saying, "Daddy, Daddy, I'll never leave you for one minute anymore." I'm glad she's feelin' better. I have my little fox, Bridget, hehe! (she just looks like a fox!) and she and I are very attached to each other. I can leave the front door wide open, and she will not run out the door. haha

Glad she's ok man, really! I know what it's like. Last December, I had to take my pup to emergency vet since his hip joint spontaneously came WAY out of socket and wouldn't go back in. We had to get him hip surgery which was basically all our money at the time. I know how you feel doing anything you can for pets you love
So did you have her on a leash and she got away or did you just let her run free? I would try to keep her on a leash next time so the poor pup doesn't get hurt again. I hope that she makes a speedy recovery. I have 2 dogs and i love them like they were my children.
sorry to hear about that, glad shes doing better. we live down the street from the dog catchers so whenever our dog gets out hes usually found in about several minutes. after the third time he escaped they made us put a locater chip in him for 300 bucks. doggie insurance is the most helpful insurance EVAR!

i'm so sorry to hear that! i love animals, dogs especially, and i actually witnessed my dog being hit by a car a few years ago but thankfully she pretty much just ran into the side of the car, rather than the car running into her. but still, it was a horrible sight. you have a very smart dog there, to have come back home. i'm surprised she made it, considering she couldn't really walk. i'm glad you have her back though!!! <3

man I'm so sorry all that happened -I hope she'll be ok.If you have a yard,or an area around your house you dont want her to leave when you let her out,I'd get a couple of poles,with like a washline inbetween them,hang up one of those retractable leads on it and attach her to that.That way she can still run around free,but you can control how far she goes..Just need to make sure she cant get tangled up in some bad way.And use a comfortable harness instead of a collar that's easier to back out of

I don't know what it's like in USA, but in Germany you can pay a little amount (it's 30 Euro) each month and they pay all the costs for OPs and other things in case of emergency.
