Agree, stress is number one cause, if you are one with life and stuff, you will sleep, if you are fucked up, ie diseases, loss of love one, depressed, jobs, happyness.

since I seeked therapy and I am having no sleep at all. My sleep was around 5-6hrs and now is 2-3hrs a day. I feel like my eyes burn me and so dry =(
I refused medication but I guess I am forced to now to take them. I cant watch tv nor use the laptop my eyes get really tired burns so bad.
2 more weeks of therapy and if nothing changes im quiting and thats that
