Thank you SDMP915 for viewing the vids and your comments. In light of those comments, I would have to disagree with regard to my having tempo issues. I continue to get callbacks from studio engineers regarding session work and time is money. If you aren't clean, dynamic and have tempo problems, you will not perform session work. My session and live work contradicts your comments. Please be reminded that the song you play dictates what should be played and what shouldn't be played.

The discipline is in what not to play. There is a saying that less is more in regard to playing and it is absolutely true. If you don't believe me ask Steve Gadd, Jeff Porcaro, Bernard Purdie, Teddy Campbell, Oscar Seaton, Vinne C among others.
