  • @maxissocool12 nah. Rock music is not my style. I used to have "Come Fly with Me" but the YouTube Bots picked it up and banned it, so I just picked any old thing of the right length. The pictures are what count!

  • Dirka Dirka

  • I miss England as a whole, I hope it will be all that I remember I go back.

  • @sovietengland yes I see.It must be great!

  • London is about the same size as São Paulo

  • I recognise the music but can't remember which opera it came from.

  • Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves from Verdi's opera Nabucco.

  • Could you please better fly over Hammersmith and Chiswick? i would prefer to look at those places

  • The best way of seeing them is from the helicopter routes, which go down the river then across to Barnes over the London Wetland Centre. Not available to fixed wing, unfortunately.

  • @SERGIUCSM , sorry, I don't tend to look at the eMail account monitoring this account, because it gets so much spam!

  • Nice music what is it?

  • Chorus of the Hebrew Slaves from Verdi's opera Nabucco.

  • Isn't central london restricted airspace from 1400 ft to SFC?

  • Part of it is, essentially over Government buildings and embassies. It's marked on the chart.

  • is it allowed to film from the air in GB?

  • Yes. The Government hasn't thought to ban that yet, though some policemen think (fortunately wrongly) that it is illegal to film or photograph them or their vehicles.

  • great video!

  • London is sooo brilliant me and the wife went to visit a couple of weeks ago were from Sheffield and it makes sheffield feel like a village now lol

  • ohh yeah, i was flying there, but a bit higher in boeing,

    love london ;D

  • The Thames has been established in case law as being part of the built up area, and a definite no-no. I am not aware of any case law surrounding the Lee Valley, so that would be determined by the magistrates on the day. However, the Lee Valley stops at around Edmonton, North of Tottenham, so gives no great advantage for getting near Central London.

  • It would not be legal in a PA28 as you would not be able to alight clear of the built up area in the event of an engine failure. A twin is required.

  • Firstly, none of the flight is in Class A airspace, it is all in the Thames zone (the LHR CTR starts at Vauxhall Bridge). Secondly, there is no difficulty getting access to the LHR CTR provided you know what to ask for (ie outside a cone bounded by Brent in the North, Brooklands in the South and Vauxhall Bridge in the East). Thirdly, there is no difficulty in getting access to Thames zone, the Thames controllers are the most amenable anywhere and will work very hard to give you what ask for.

  • when i worked up charlton, i had the millenium dome to my left the thames barrier to my right and canary wharf across the river. how blindin is that.
